We’re looking to expand our team with a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, who has B2B marketing experience and looking to join a team that’s part of a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS company!
As our Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing our pipeline by setting up highly targeted and multi-channel demand generation global campaigns and supporting regional field marketing teams in campaign project management and execution.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement demand generation strategies and multi-channel campaigns across our global markets, including but not limited to paid/organic search, paid social, events, webinars, email and BDR / sales campaigns.
Collaborate closely with product marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, sales, and revenue operations to align on goal attainment, campaign launches and reporting, optimization and conversion trends.
Coordinate and project manage global marketing campaigns to ensure seamless execution between field marketing, brand & content, and sales teams.
Optimize the lead nurturing process within Hubspot, Influ2, 6Sense and any other nurturing tools to improve conversion rates in every stage of the funnel.
Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of your demand generation campaigns.
Proactively share insights and analysis of the performance of your demand generation campaigns with key stakeholders.
What we look for in you
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years in a B2B marketing role, working in a high-growth SaaS company is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Understanding of demand and pipeline generation best practices, new trends, and technology.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Hands-on experience in building out multi-channel programs and processes.
Technically proficient in campaign targeting, testing measurement and optimization across various paid and owned channels.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field.
Experience working with Salesforce and Hubspot.
Bonus Points
Experience in account based marketing.
Fluent in German

*For Colorado residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $61,000 and $89,000.
*For New York and California residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $57,000 and $75,000.
Our total compensation consists of base salary (depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data), stock options plus several additional benefit coverage including learning and development fund, Home Office Set-up reimbursement and the rest of the benefits you can see here.
