We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.As the Marketing Manager, non called-on (NCO) Health Care Professional Marketing you will be responsible for creating strategic direction for digital engagement particularly email marketing with health care professionals treating people with diabetes in the US and leading the teams that deliver tactical implementation.What You’llWork On• Lead the team in development and ongoing evolution of brand value proposition inclusive of messaging, channel mix (mainly emails, digital media and website) and engagement cadence for Abbott’s portfolio of continuous glucose monitoring solutions.• Responsible for creating a clear line of communication between Marketing, U.S. Commercial functional areas and Global brand team to inform and align product digital brand strategies for non-called on health care professionals.• Lead the team to build a content creation and activation plan for email marketing that aligns with omni channel journeys.• Collaborate with commercial excellence and analytics teams to segment and tier the HCPs for business impact.• Understand and leverage the messaging nuances and engagement cadence for non-called on HCP to align with their channel affinities and product adoption.• Design and maintain an insight driven measurement plan to measure impact, derive insights to inform strategy evolution.• Define a robust measurement plan aligning to strategic and tactical objective of initiatives in market. Stay on top of channel performance and overarching customer engagement metrics for ongoing optimization.• Interact with key internal stakeholders to ensure strategies and tactics are linked to achievement of critical business objectives. Key internal stakeholders include Finance, Regulatory, Privacy, Procurement, Sales, Market Access, Legal, Contracts and Pricing and Global Marketing.• Interface with consultants, ad agencies other vendors and customers to effectively manage and profitably grow business, while maintaining a customer focus woven through all activities.• Conduct or support market research projects to identify HCP attitudes and the resulting behaviors, insights, competitive threats, market trends and needs.Required QualificationsBachelors Degree requiredSix years marketing experience with a minimum of four years in a commercial role including, product marketingAn understanding of the U.S. healthcare and regulatory environmentPrior commercial or digital leadership experience in health care professional marketing, brand marketing, and/or life-cycle management in pharmaceutical, biotech or related industry.Preferred QualificationsMBA preferredStrength in team development and leadership with the ability to inspire and encourage the growth and development of people leaders.Ability to see, distill and effectively communicate/educate internal and external stakeholders on the complex environment, customer journeys and digital engagement models.Well-developed analytical and strategic skills with strong planning, project management, communication and organization skills.Proven ability to successfully manage complexity and simplify, solve business problems, and build strong relationships in a highly matrixed, collaborative work environment.Manage ambiguity by questioning data and/or stakeholder for further nuanced information.Proven ability to work and communicate across a matrix organization and ability to lead projects and getting alignment.Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in EnglishPossess strong analytical skills, business, and financial acumen, and capable of effective use of market research, forecasts and business analytics.Demonstrate strong customer orientation/focus.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to connect analytics with the overarching business questions and can understand the link between access strategy and analytic insights.Excellent organizational and time management skillsApply Now• Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
