**Job Overview and Responsibilities**\* Lead initiatives to globalize demand generation strategy and online experience for tier 1 in person and virtual events to enable field event marketing teams to scale with high bars on quality and efficiency.\* Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of global and regional stakeholders to define digital marketing strategy and lead generation campaigns, at global scale, including project management, development, quality assurance, implementation, and reporting.\* Own planning, reporting, including status, priorities, action items, risks (and mitigations), and execution. Ensure each team has the information and assets needed to effectively deliver their key priorities.\* Analyze data and align with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support locations feasibility and registration, attendance, and pipeline goals.\* Own creation and optimization of marketing content to drive demand, including email, landing page, and templates to enable digital marketing to build at scale globally across MarTech tools.\* Report key success metrics and performance, garner actionable insights that inform decisions, and enhance mechanisms to support continuous improvement.\* Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity on strategy, best practices, tactics, goals, and performance.\* Manage agency relationship, as needed, and resourcing, to execute campaigns with strong ROI.• *Qualifications and Requirements**\- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience\- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion\- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements\- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of studyPreferred Qualifications:\- Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels\- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs\- Experience building and executing demand generation strategy for events and managing multiple events simultaneously.• *Pay and Benefits **The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.
