DescriptionWe are looking for a principal product manager to lead externalization of ADRL’s reverse supply chain capabilities as a service to other retailers and manufactures. Get in on the ground floor to help design, build, and scale this startup initiative.Key job responsibilities• Lead and develop a small team as owners of a portfolio of products or features designed to advance Amazon’s already best-in-class customer experience.• Lead business analysis and experimentation strategy, capturing insights that inform the long-term strategy and roadmap for your product• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your portfolio, maintain a deep competitive awareness and think big to identify global business opportunities worthy of investment.• Lead and influence business and technology stakeholders and leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives.• Lead business planning, determine the goals and objectives of your team and the broader organization.A day in the lifeTo succeed in this role, you will need to think creatively and strategically about the business, identify the most promising opportunities, and put together an optimal feature roadmap and go-to-market strategy. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
