In this role, you will own the email and push execution and strategy efforts for IMDb and IMDbPro.You are able to define the program, set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements that are quantified with metrics, and influence and drive large initiatives across internal / external teams to improve the customer experience.This is a high-impact role accountable for delivering billions of messages to customers yearly. You will interact with senior stakeholders in the organization and present learnings & insights to IMDb leadership.If you are organized, analytical, and creative, with an interest in end-to-end ownership, this is a great role for you.Key job responsibilities :• Lead email and push marketing messaging strategy and optimization to existing and new campaigns, utilizing marketing savvy to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns tailored for segmented customer groups.• Leverage deep analytical experience, research, and insights to clearly identify untapped audiences, new segment opportunities, pain points, and gaps in the customer experience.• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data / mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organizational objectives.• Collaborate with cross-functional business and tech teams to design, develop, and deploy iterative improvements to the lifecycle messaging systems.• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraints.Minimum Requirements :• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.• Experience in multi-territory campaign management.• Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.• Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.• Experience using HTML and / or SQL to update templates and customer targeting.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
