As a part-time Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem.

• Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Constantly strive to improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


Requirements


• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Educational Qualifications


• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in customer service or related fields is a plus.


Experience
