Description
Amazon's Home Improvement Group (HIG) is looking for a customer obsessed and data driven Product Manager to improve the Home Improvement Delivery experience. We are revolutionizing the multi-billion dollar Home Improvement industry by working to bring best in class shopping and delivery experiences to our customers that are seeking to complete DIY projects, as well as those seeking... professional services to facilitate their renovation journey. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will concentrate on the Major Appliances and Home Improvement categories to steward the development and implementation of new shopping experiences from ideation to execution. Partnership with business, operations, and tech teams will be critical to success. You will define strategy by working backwards from customer pain points, setting a bold vision, and executing against it to innovate in both Delivery capabilities and installation services in collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will also be responsible for back-end catalog data, strategy, maintenance, and improvements across your business units so that you can enable automation and scalability of your vision.
The successful candidate will have a passion for improving customer experience and a background in product management, with a proven ability to influence without authority and successfully drive initiatives forward. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making, and an innate ability to understand how customer insights and metrics relate to business problems. You are a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across Amazon. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and relish the idea of solving challenging problems.
