Amazon is looking for a Senior UX Designer to help own associate tooling for new grocery experiences. This role is a stand-out opportunity for a design leader looking to use their chops and rapid experimentation skills to solve real-world customer and associate needs, and uncover new opportunities along the way. Includes all current and future work across all proprietary business applications for managing a technology-enabled retail experience.• Work with product management and engineering partners to create solutions that meet a high customer experience bar and fit with technology requirements.• Deliver detailed design documentation and refined design standards to developers and partners.• Balance design with retail operational objectives, resulting in extraordinary customer experiences.• Work with senior management to prioritize your work; solicit and react to feedback, weigh inputs and priorities, and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve healthy debates• Execute designs across the portfolio and within time constraintsBasic Qualifications• 6+ years of design experience• Have an available online portfolio• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AjaxPreferred Qualifications• Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes• Experience with UX design of complex workflowsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.
