Job ID: 66466Emerging Technology UX DesignerOur client is seeking an Emerging Technology UX Designer to join their Emerging Technology Group and play a critical role in advancing their data insights capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to empower their process mining research by designing, analyzing, and managing user journey data to support current and future business opportunities. If you are passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights and thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments, this role is for you.This role is fully remote.Emerging Technology UX Designer Responsibilities• Define, analyze, and maintain user journeys of customer software interactions.• Inform design decisions of AI-integration into product UI/UX.• Work with Cloud Analyst and Tech Lead to develop unified data models for AI and ML personalization efforts.• Mine and analyze company and external datasets to build understanding of user journeys.• Explain complex user journeys to a non-technical audience and streamline processes to assist end users.• You value positive company culture and will help foster a positive working environment.Emerging Technology UX Designer Qualifications• 4+ years as a UX Designer or similar role.• Affinity for creative problem solving.• Experience with Web Analytics tools (Gainsight, Google Analytics, etc).• Familiarity with current state of AI-enabled UX design.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficient working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.• Comfortable working with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your creativity and analytical skills to deliver best in class solutions.Compensation: $55-65/hr (DOE) BenefitsBenefits are available to eligible VanderHouwen contractors and include coverage for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and matching 401k.About VanderHouwenVanderHouwen is an award-winning, Women-Owned, WBENC certified professional staffing firm.
