DescriptionThe newly created North America Stores (NAS) Marketing team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers.We're looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help us become customers' most-loved destination for "need-it-now" shopping missions. An ideal candidate is comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment, is passionate about building new customer experiences and has a high sense of ownership. You will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with product, tech, design and creative teams to integrate fast shipping across the customer shopping journey. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact collaborating closely with marketing, business and tech leaders to experiment and scale speed marketing initiatives.Key job responsibilities• Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for need-it-now shopping missions• Create and report performance across marketing channels for senior leadership reviews• Partner with product, tech, design and creative teams to integrate and improve fast shipping CX throughout shopping journey• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop testing roadmaps, learning agendas and best practices to grow awareness and adoption of fast shippingBasic Qualifications• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs• Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans• Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or bothPreferred Qualifications• Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
