  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive impactful partnerships.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customer engagements, managing and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities.
  4. Continuously monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Utilize strong communication and influencing skills to effectively present partnership proposals and negotiate terms.
  7. Conduct thorough analysis and research to support partnership decisions and ensure alignment with company goals.
  8. Manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on customer engagement, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  10. Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to track the success and impact of partnerships.
  11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer engagement to drive innovative solutions.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
  14. Represent Amazon at industry events and conferences to network and identify new partnership opportunities.
  15. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team and across the organization.
