At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture.SummaryThe Experienced Recruiter- Campus role is responsible for owning and leading the full cycle campus recruiting program and activities to attract a highly qualified, diverse pipeline of early career candidates for CHS. This position will focus on managing the recruitment of top talent from colleges and universities for Corporate and Field Internship roles. The Experienced Recruiter-Campus will be a highly engaged Talent Brand Ambassador to help CHS build Employment Brand awareness. The primary goal for the Experienced Recruiter- Campus is to offer a positive candidate experience which promotes CHS as an excellent company to launch a career. The scope of the Experienced Recruiter-Campus role will have a direct impact on the continued growth of CHS by helping to build quality talent pools for the future and expanding CHS's success in diversifying our talent pipelines. The Experienced Recruiter- Campus will take primary work direction from the Talent Acquisition Manager and will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist who owns our Early Career and Intern program.This role will be remote, with a preference for candidates sitting in the CHS trade territory (WA, MT, OR, CO, KS, IL, IA, MN, NE, WI, ND, SD, OK, TX)Responsibilities⦁ Lead discussions with business leaders and human resources partners to identify and understand business needs related to intern planning for open and future position requirements.⦁ Plan and attend college career fairs, connect with students and faculty, and promote the CHS employment brand. Develop and maintain internal and external networks with key campus partners⦁ Host in-house career days and tours for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise⦁ Utilize creative sourcing strategies and effective social networking and relationship building.⦁ Assist with other campus and intern related activities and provide consultation with our Talent Acquisition Liaisons across the organization⦁ Create processes and best practices to attract a diverse candidate pipeline for internship and early career positions⦁ Work in alignment with MyHR Connection to ensure accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics, are met.⦁ Report on recruiting metrics after every recruiting event. Share updates with key stakeholders on a regular basis⦁ Provide recruiting support for other CHS roles when there is bandwidth to do so⦁ Travel is required during peak campus recruiting seasons to attend on campus career fair eventsMinimum Qualifications (required)• High School diploma or GED• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent AcquisitionAdditional Qualifications⦁ 3+ years in Human Resources preferred⦁ Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting⦁ Experience with ATS, preferably SAP Success Factors⦁ Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or in a related fiel• Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
