Unlock your career potential.As part of the UX team, you’ll work with product, engineering, and marketing leaders across the global organization, driving mechanisms to connect those teams’ work into a single, holistic, end-to-end experience for business customers. The UX team studios are co-located with team members located in Seattle, Austin, and Madrid.Key job responsibilities• Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into design• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications in Figma• Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts• Manage and document your UX workflow processes• Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunitiesIf you’re interested in joining our team, please send us your resume and portfolio. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
