Temp Contract• # of Positions :1 spots available• SHIFT: 8 - 5pm (typically EST hours 10- 3 meeting hours).• WORK MODEL: RemoteSkillsets and experience:• Experience a UX Designer or similar role• Affinity for creative problem solving• Experience with Web Analytics tools (Gainsight, Google Analytics, etc)• Familiarity with current state of AI-enabled UX design• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficient working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment• Comfortable working with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your creativity and analytical skills to deliver best in class solutionsEssential Job functions AND responsibilities:• Define, analyze, and maintain user journeys of customer software interactions• Inform design decisions of AI-integration into product UI/UX• Work with Cloud Analyst and Tech Lead to develop unified data models for AI and ML personalization efforts• Mine and analyze company and external datasets to build understanding of user journeys• Explain complex user journeys to a non-technical audience and streamline processes to assist end users• You value positive company culture and will help foster a positive working environment
