Video Editor Part-time / Internship Volunteer or Paid Remote Job description: We are seeking a talented video editor who can take the raw video and edit it to a high quality project videos. Responsibilities: • You would edit the raw video to remove filler words and pauses. Add subtitles and chapter markings among other things. Result should be a high quality video that students can easily follow.• You may need to merge small videos to make a complete video.• Technical background and/or programming experience is a plus.• Work collaboratively with other team members to develop detailed lesson plans.Qualifications:• You must be proficient in video editing.• You should be able to use powerpoint, doc, excel and other tools efficiently.• Understanding of programming is a plus.• You must be a person who can keep the committed dates.• You should be able to work in a team and communicate with others in a timely manner.• You should be able to take feedback and incorporate the needed changes.Other expectations:• This position starts in April or May 2023 (Reach out to [Email available when viewing the job] if interested but these dates do not work).• Meet with the team 2-3 times a week to sync up on the progress.• This is a remote position and the working hours can be flexible up to an extent.• This role requires about 4 hours of commitment per day for about 8 weeks. The number of hours per week could vary based on the mutual agreement.• You would need to adhere to the work schedule decided upon hiring.Remuneration :• President’s Award• Volunteer towards the most prestigious President’s Volunteer Service Award.
