This role is also eligible for an annual Performance-Based Incentive. This role allows you to make a difference while being supported by a team that values your contributions and fosters your professional growth.Skills• Meeting planning experience (3-5 years)• Exceptional communication skills to inspire and motivate• Highly motivated and able to meet timeline expectations• Self-starter with a sense of humor• Strong problem-solving abilities• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent organizational skills• Passion for travel, willing to travel up to 30%• Familiarity with Cvent and technology• Creative presentation skills• CMP certification preferred but not requiredResponsibilities• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication• Organize logistics for seamless event execution• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and teammates• Negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes• Coordinate global site inspections as necessary• Manage event specifics and requirements as the executive producer• Develop and manage budgets, auditing billing for accuracy• Conduct post-event reconciliation within defined parameters• Evaluate program impact, reassess objectives, and plan for future improvementsQualifications• 3-5 years of meeting planning experience• Strong communication and motivational skills• Self-motivated problem solver• Organizational prowess• Travel enthusiasm• Relevant degree or equivalent experienceEducation Requirements• 4-year college degree or equivalent experienceEducation Requirements Credential Category• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentExperience Requirements• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in meeting planningWhy work in Harrisburg, PAHarrisburg, PA offers a unique blend of historical charm and modern amenities.
