As a Senior Product Manager, Digital Workplace Transformation, you will be a key driver of this future. You'll lead large-scale programs that cut across experience domains, coach teams and leaders toward true agility, and ensure our digital workplace strategy translates into measurable business impact.

You'll serve as a coach, strategist, and connector-instilling product thinking at every level while delivering meaningful progress on complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role is perfect for a visionary doer who can bring clarity to complexity and rally teams toward long-term outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Coach teams and leaders on agile product delivery. Lead the adoption of agile principles, rituals, and roles across Digital Workplace experience domains. Serve as a mentor and thought partner for product teams and functional leaders.
  • Drive strategic alignment and execution. Translate enterprise-level strategy into clear product roadmaps, ensuring teams are focused on high-impact outcomes and aligned on what success looks like.
  • Lead cross-cutting transformation programs. Oversee the design and delivery of multi-team, cross-domain initiatives that accelerate our digital workplace transformation.
  • Measure what matters. Define success metrics and build feedback loops to measure progress, uncover insights, and adjust plans in real time.
  • Instill a product mindset. Promote experimentation, discovery, and customer-centered thinking throughout the organization.
  • Build alignment through storytelling. Craft compelling narratives that help stakeholders understand the vision, celebrate wins, and navigate change with confidence.
  • Operate at multiple altitudes. Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between executive conversations and sprint reviews.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, agile transformation, or a related field
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in matrixed organizations
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies, with experience coaching teams and influencing at the leadership level
  • Demonstrated ability to connect enterprise strategy to team-level execution
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills-especially with executive audiences
  • Experience using product metrics and OKRs to drive focus and performance
  • Strategic systems thinker with the ability to simplify complex challenges and inspire action
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and building clarity where none exists

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
