Located in La Mirada, CA, AIM is a family-owned global leader in the metal recycling industry, with a proud tradition of excellence spanning over eight decades. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Manager who will drive sales revenue through new client acquisition and build meaningful relationships with our esteemed clients. At AIM, you won’t just be managing accounts; you’ll be creating positive experiences and fostering collaborations that contribute to our mission of a greener, sustainable future. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the entire sales process, from outbound prospecting to capitalizing on inbound opportunities, while ensuring we stay organized and detail-oriented. You’ll engage with clients regularly – think face-to-face meetings and brainstorming sessions. This role gives you the chance to take your entrepreneurial spirit to the next level, as you work closely with our customers to enable successful roll-outs of AIM services. With a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, combined with a supportive atmosphere for professional development and comprehensive benefits, including a 401k matching program, we’re excited to welcome someone special to our AIM team.
