If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in mortgage or administrative roles, we’d love to hear from you.Primary Job: You’ll directly support the Loan Officer, handling loan file setups, delivering industry-leading customer service, and communicating with clients and partners.Key Responsibilities:· Answering phones and assisting clients· Data entry in Encompass, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word· Setting up loan files and requesting disclosures· Document follow-up and tracking with borrowers, title companies, and real estate agents· Supporting the Loan Officer throughout the loan closing processQualifications:· 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably mortgage or administrative roles· High school diploma required (college degree in finance or banking preferred)· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills· Bilingual is a plus!· Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook· Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines
