Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with technical stakeholders at large customers
- Function as subject matter expert on Amplitude's products
- Conduct business and technical discovery sessions
- Create custom presentations and prototypes for customers
- Collaborate with account executives, product managers, and customer success teams
- Support trial periods and assist customers in using the platform
- Stay updated on product releases and support training of new staff
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
