This role will be responsible for organizing, managing, implementing, deploying, and evaluating learning projects, programs, and training initiatives. This role requires a passion for learning and development, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This role will report to the Director of Learning Design & Programs.Core Responsibilities:Program Development and Management:• Organize, manage, and assist with developing comprehensive learning programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs.• Steer the developing of curriculums, instructional materials, and assessments.• Manage and coordinate aspects of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.Instructional Design:• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training materials and events.• Develop learning content and training resources using various tools and technologies.Facilitation and Delivery:• Host and assist facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees at all levels.• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of training content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and functionality, identifying and resolving any issues before deployment.• Effectively coordinate the distribution and/or deployment of training materials across various platforms, ensuring accessibility and user engagement for a seamless learning experience.Evaluation and Improvement:• Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance training programs and initiatives.Collaboration and Communication:• Collaborate with subject matter experts, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business needs.• Communicate effectively with participants, trainers, and team members.• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.• Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively inform stakeholders about upcoming training events, course deployments, and Learning Management System (LMS) updates, ensuring timely and clear dissemination of information.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field AND/OR 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.• Awareness of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Additional informationJob Level: P2Working at Amwell:Amwell is changing how care is delivered through online and mobile technology. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.Further, the above range is subject to change based on market demands and operational needs and does not constitute a promise of a particular wage or a guarantee of employment.
