Analysis Planner and Coordinator

About the team and our Quality Control Department
Our Quality Control (QC) department at site Hillerød consists of approximately 180 employees divided into different support teams and five testing teams. In QC we strive towards a OneQC team spirit where we help and support each other across teams not only to reach our goals but also to support a high level of collaboration and possibilities for personal development. You will be part of the QC Microbiology but also working with planning within the EM team as the teams are working closely together and both report to the manager of QC Microbiology.
The two Microbiology teams currently consist of 27 dedicated employees – 8 scientists, 13 laboratory technicians , 2 laboratory trainees, 2 student helpers and two associate managers. The teams deliver very important results that support the final release of the Drug Substance batch – and hence the bioburden samples are tested within 24 hours. The teams support 7 days a week testing within regular working hours.
The EM team currently consists of 14 dedicated employees - 5 scientists, 9 Samplers/ laboratory technicians and one associate manager. They enjoy working within the field of Environmental Monitoring of our production site.
The teams support the expansion of our production facility and we are there in the middle of adapting to the future to come with new facilities
About the position
When working at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark you will, besides from the tasks listed below, onboard new customers and products to the site, build a network across QC and FDBD, support our site expansion project, and assist in finding new and innovative ways of working smarter in a complex everyday life.
Your primary tasks include:
  • Support the weekly planning in Microbiology & EM team
  • Navigate and create overview in high complexity with many dependencies regarding analytical instruments, training requirements, facility support etc.
  • Collect and structure information from various stakeholders regarding production plans, process support samples, sample plans, stability programs, customer forecasts, method validation, qualification and transfer projects, investigations support etc. in relation to the teams deliverables
  • Responsible for sample overview generated in LIMS and Tableau planning tool
  • Secure the teams deliverables according to GMP requirements and KPIs in collaboration with scientists and management
  • Collaborate with the other testing teams and prioritize deliverables to delight our customers
  • Communications to QC planners and project managers regarding deliverables
  • Structure and coordinate cross-training to support forecast in collaboration with management
  • Drive continuous improvements of practice in collaboration with management
Professional and Personal Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses
  • A master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar with interest and knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
  • OR you are a laboratory technician with 5-10 years of experience from QC who wants to step into a coordinator role.
  • Experience with microbiology methods or EM monitoring (bioburden, ENDO, ID etc.) and general laboratory experience is an advantage.
We are looking for a person who has a can-do-attitude and understands the requirements in a cGMP QC laboratory with a OneQC mindset. Someone who finds it natural and easy to create overview and structure information from many stakeholders and is an excellent communicator and collaborator. For creating overview and structure, experience with projects planning tools is a huge advantage.
