Analyst, Corporate Development

About the role:

As an Analyst on the Corporate Development team at Aumni, you will be working closely with the

Director of Corporate Development, internal organizational leaders (e.g. CEO/Co-founders, CTO,

COO, etc), and other departments within the company. You will be focused on conducting market

research, financial modeling, compiling presentation materials and other high-value projects as

directed by the Corporate Development team.

What you'll do:

• Support the evaluation and execution of market opportunities and strategic initiatives,

including opportunity assessment, business case development, financial modeling, and

supporting due diligence processes

• Source, research, and recommend potential competitors, product partners, and strategic

market opportunities

• Frame questions, analysis and meaningful and unbiased decision points for executives /

stakeholders to make informed, efficient decisions

• Be a subject matter expert on our industry, adjacent spaces and relevant other

companies

• Support cross-functional initiatives from concept to rollout by defining and measuring

work-streams, involving relevant partners and orchestrating progress on quarterly and

annual priorities

• Become a leader with a point of view in the private capital markets
• Support the Corporate Development team by documenting, note taking and scheduling

high-priority initiatives

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital

or related fields

• Strong aptitude to distill complex data into simple, measurable reports
• Expert knowledge of softwares including Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• Experience creating detailed information graphics and presentations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and the

executive team

• Interest in venture capital and private investment markets
• Must be willing to travel
