Analyst - Donor Quality (Memphis TN)

Responsible for designing reports and conducting analysis on Donor Experience Quality efforts. Updates and manages daily, weekly, and monthly Donor Quality KPI reports and dashboards. Processes donor quality data management requests, including Donor Interaction updates, Donor Feedback data inserts, NPS data updates, and Hot Topic data integration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for designing reports and conducting analysis on Donor Experience Quality efforts. Capable of understanding and interpreting programming code to ensure the appropriate criteria is utilized for analysis of donor experience analytics requests.

2. Updates and manages daily, weekly, and monthly Donor Quality KPI reports and dashboards. This includes ALSAC Operational Metrics reporting, NPS Executive Dashboard reporting, daily NPS reporting, daily and monthly Hot Topic reporting, monthly VOD metrics, DXIR dashboard reporting, and standard retention reporting.

3. Processes donor quality data management requests, including Donor Interaction updates, Donor Feedback data inserts, NPS data updates, Survey Data updates, and Hot Topic data integration. Utilizes SQL and CRM Tool management to complete these requests on a routine basis.

4. Utilizes query writing techniques in Business Objects, Tableau, and SQL to create data selection scripts to pull large data sets that will drive reporting insights through data visualization and/or routine reports. Interprets data and prepares reports and documentation that will aid in determining the impact of Donor Experiences on Donor Retention.

5. Responsible for providing advanced insights and solutions used to improve donor experiences and to help influence decision making across all levels of the organization. Responsible for providing ongoing data hygiene support in the form of recommending new data sources and calculated fields as well as identifying opportunities to make data structure more efficient. Supports and executes change management activities enabling continuous improvement in data quality, source production systems and overall business performance.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
  • 1 plus years of performance analysis/statistics, quantitative analysis, and/or data warehouse experience
  • Experience in SQL and/or building data visualizations in business intelligence solutions such as Tableau preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
