Job Description
Position Overview:
The Analyst III, Business Applications Automation/Workflow Analyst will be responsible for the administration and support of workflows within our organization, including analyzing and optimizing the operational processes. Your primary objective will be to help develop, monitor, and assess the operational effectiveness of Invenergy’s automations workflows and support of our workflow applications.
As a Automation/Workflow Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, optimizing workflows, and enhancing overall productivity within the organization. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to streamline processes will contribute to the success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze Automations & Workflows: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize and document current workflows and proposed changes.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze relevant data, including performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational statistics, to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish performance benchmarks and targets to assess the effectiveness of workflow improvements, and track and report progress against these metrics.
  • Optimization Recommendations: Develop recommendations and strategies for streamlining workflows, reducing cycle times, eliminating redundant tasks, and improving resource allocation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and management, to understand their needs and requirements and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Implementation: Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of approved workflow changes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Training and Documentation: Create training materials, user guides, and process documentation to ensure standardized workflow practices and support organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented workflow changes, identifying further opportunities for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and workflow management tools to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • 4+ years experience as a Automation/Workflow Analyst or in a similar role
  • 2+ years experience on Microsoft Power Platform, Pipefy, Nintex, SharePoint Designer, UiPath, or other comparable workflow tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a fast-paced and complex organizational setting
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Salary Range
$80,000 - $122,325
