The Opportunity:
ING’s Acquisition Finance Coverage group in the Americas is seeking a Middle Office Analyst. The team provides financing to leveraged issuers backed by a range of top-tier private equity funds.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of Role:
  • Lead KYC, deal closing and other onboarding procedures for new borrowers
  • Manage review of NDAs, NRLs and other access letters
  • Contribute to credit approval memoranda, client marketing presentations and internal presentations as needed
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of other teams, including ING’s Customer Domain Unit, Legal and Loan Services
Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of bank KYC requirements
  • Past review of basic legal documents not required but a plus
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • You are a standout colleague and an exceptional teammate
  • You are highly detail oriented and able to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
