The Quality Support Team, part of Aledade’s Clinical Performance team, is responsible for efforts to promote high quality healthcare via improved patient health outcomes and high performance on defined aspects of healthcare quality (quality measures).
Quality Support provides service Aledade’s rapidly growing primary care physician network in two major areas of work:
1. Quality performance management
2. Clinical quality improvement
Quality Performance Management: We support high quality care and success on measured aspects of healthcare via the creation and dissemination of educational documentation on quality metrics and provide ongoing guidance across the organization based upon this information. We use data analysis and data visualization to support the goal of better health outcomes, and we support our Business Development team in structuring health plan contracts through guidance on current and ideal states of value-based quality measurement.
Clinical Quality Improvement: We leverage cross-functional teams to create technology-enabled performance improvement along with performance guidance and coordination as we implement campaigns to test approaches aimed at optimizing wellness strategies and improving specific population health outcomes.
Quality Analyst Role:
This is an excellent role for a high-performing candidate interested in an introductory position prior to a career in medicine or health policy. It will provide excellent exposure and mentoring within the business side of the U.S. healthcare system, including different types of health insurance and the different incentive structures within the healthcare system.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, though the ideal candidate will be hybrid, working both remotely and from our headquarter office in Bethesda, MD

Who We Are:
Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care. We were founded in 2014, and since then, we've become the largest network of independent primary care in the country - helping practices, health centers and clinics deliver better care to their patients and thrive in value-based care. Additionally, by creating value-based contracts across a wide variety of payers, we aim to flip the script on the traditional fee-for-service model. Our work strengthens continuity of care, aligns incentives, and ensures primary care physicians are paid for what they do best - keeping patients healthy. If you want to help create a health care system that is good for patients, good for practices and good for society - and if you're eager to join a collaborative, inclusive and remote-first culture - you've come to the right place.
