Analyst Relations Senior Manager (US-Remote)

It’s an exciting time to join the Rubrik team - a Forbes Cloud 100 startup! We’re searching for a knowledgeable Analyst Relations Senior Manager professional to manage and scale the AR program. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Industry Analyst Relations, this key position is responsible for driving strategy and execution of our Data Security and Protection program.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Execute and scale Rubrik’s analyst relations program for key influencers
  • Develop, nurture and deepen relationships with key industry analysts across analyst firms 
  • Closely partner with product management, product marketing, customer and competitive teams to drive engagement with analysts
  • Advise competitive, demand generation and communication teams on positioning, messaging, and how to leverage analyst content in marketing activities
  • Support and educate field and partner orgs on analyst views and AR resources available to them
  • Cultivate analysts who can be positive media references and strategically advise customers
  • Synthesize analyst research and distribute across multiple teams 
  • Provide key direction on analyst and consulting days 


Experience you’ll need:


  • Naturally curious, you like people and thrive on solving problems
  • You are a self-starter, who re-imagines what world-class AR can be
  • 8-10 years of analyst relations management with a proven track record of successfully representing high-tech companies in competitive environments to the analyst community
  • Knowledge of data protection and security markets preferred
  • Experience working directly with executives, product management and product marketing functions
  • Strong organizational and project management with the ability to prioritize
  • Bachelor’s Degree


“Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the minimum annual salary is $155,200, plus bonus potential, equity and benefits.”

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range

$155,200—$232,800 USD


The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US2 (all other US offices/remote) Pay Range

$140,000—$209,000 USD
