Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will support Remarketing’s business intelligence division by collecting and validating data to ultimately drive business decisions

The ideal candidate for this role will maintain and analyze data to track KPIs related to Remarketing’s projects and businesses

This individual will support the development of tools, reports, and presentations that will be used across operational and leadership team

Thru data, you will identify trends, issues and potential solutions for operational processes that could be used to improve business performance

Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and reconcile any discrepancies in data
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc degree in relevant focus - e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics

Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting and analytics

Strong technical experience with Microsoft Excel required

Very comfortable working with large sets of data

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve intuitively

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Data driven with an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships

Knowledge of used vehicle values, auctions, or experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff

Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent ability work independently and within a team environment
Pay Disclosure:
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: [ $87,000 - $101,000 ] (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
