Procore Technologies is creating a new Analytics Manager role within our global talent acquisition organization for telling meaningful stories and insights across a variety of data platforms.

As an Analytics Manager, you will help Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations optimize our global TA performance and enablement measurements by leveraging various talent, workforce planning, financial, and workforce insights. As a key partner and member of Procore’s global TA leadership team, this individual will be analytical and research minded with a strong desire to dig for information, look for patterns and organize information that is digestible by a variety of audiences.

Having experience working within human resources, talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and/or workforce planning would be ideal. This position reports into our VP, Global Talent Acquisition, and can be based in any of our offices and/or remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a strategic thought partner to our global talent acquisition leadership team
  • Partner with key stakeholders within TA, Workforce Analytics, Finance, and across the Global Talent Organization on data needs and analysis
  • A consultative partner with our key stakeholders and executives
  • Build a TA-oriented workforce planning motion and gross hiring attainment model for best understanding pace to plan; develop cadence and timing for opening new headcount, and key success indicators
  • Implement TA’s compelling story and narrative on golden KPIs and measures of success
  • Customize functional and leader reports/dashboards regarding productivity, trending analysis, pipeline analytics, and TA overall analytics portfolio
  • Create a compelling and scalable framework for TA’s storytelling motion across a variety of partners, executives, and stakeholders
  • Advance a TA trending and output analysis for decision support around capacity and resource planning across TA’s global delivery teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics capacity with an emphasis on workforce insights, TA, HR analytics, or workforce planning
  • Technically sound who has familiarity with MS Excel, Smartsheets, Tableau, SQL, and other data platforms
  • Data-driven, but you still love to tell stories leveraging data with objective, clear, actionable insight in a compelling and authentic way
  • Foster relationships with collaborative partners, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Naturally curious and purpose-driven
  • Asks meaningful questions to truly understand impactful business outcomes to inform the most impactful solution

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $124,400-$171,050. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
