About the team

Angi is on a mission to help homeowners love where they live, and the Marketing team is at the forefront of this. What you’ll do

Our new Senior Associate of Marketing Research will play a pivotal role in shaping the understanding of our market landscape. You'll be hands-on in managing comprehensive research studies, from initiating contact with participants to delivering insights that drive strategic decisions. At Angi, you're not just collecting data; you're providing the narrative that informs our leadership and propels our marketing efforts forward within a newly established, dynamic research function.

  • You will design questionnaires and surveys tailored for quantitative research studies and create discussion guides & interview scripts for qualitative research studies. 
  • You will oversee and monitor all aspects of data collection for quantitative studies, coordinate with participants & manage the execution of qualitative studies, ensuring the progress of these projects is on track.
  • You will use statistical software like SPSS and R to analyze quantitative and qualitative results & uncover patterns and correlations. You own the accuracy and integrity of research data throughout the analysis process.
  • You’ll develop actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and present these findings to senior management to aid in decision-making. You’ll clearly summarize research outcomes, providing clear recommendations for the business.
  • You are our in-house research expert - you will ensure best practices are used across the company and you will partner with colleagues to provide guidance and recommendations on research methods and concepts.

Who you are

  • You have 2-4 years autonomously conducting market research with demonstrated impact at a market research firm with clients or in-house. 
  • You have experience designing and executing quantitative & qualitative research studies. Experience managing a brand tracking study, NPS study, and/or customer satisfaction study including analysis and reporting is ideal.
  • You have a sharp analytical mind & are extremely proficient with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, using tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS and/or R. You have proven ability to turn research results into insights and opportunities.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator — you clearly articulate your goals to participants and recommendations and decisions to the business, whether verbal or written.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously, overcome obstacles, and adapt with changing business needs
  • You’re excited to learn new skills and are willing to tackle new challenges as they come about.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges $90,000-$105,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living. 
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
