The Claremont Colleges Services is hiring a Building Automation & Controls Supervisor to join their on-site facilities team in beautiful Claremont, CA. In this impactful role, you’ll lead the design, integration, and optimization of building automation and energy information systems (BAS/EIS) across seven distinct colleges. Reporting to the Director of Facility Services, you’ll oversee system architecture, interface development, and one direct report—while collaborating closely with engineers, IT teams, and skilled trades in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What you will be doing:
As the Building Automation Systems Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining BAS software and user interfaces, overseeing system upgrades and integrations, and supporting facilities across all 7 institutions. You’ll also supervise one direct report, the Building Automation Specialist, and collaborate with engineers, IT teams, and trades professionals to drive smart, efficient building operations.

The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience.
