The Sales Enablement Coordinator will play an integral role in the Service Operations and Support team that’s part of the Post Sales Operations department. The Post Sales Operations department is focused on driving Anthology’s core strategy of operational efficiency by innovating, streamlining, and implementing world-class tools and business processes across the Global Services and Support organization.

 

The Sales Enablement Analyst will provide support for onboarding and enablement activities for the Anthology Global Services and Support organization. The Enablement Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate solutions that meet or exceed Services requirements and ensure the Global Services and Support organization is prepared to implement, support, and manage current and future Anthology products, solutions, and programs.

 

Projects will require knowledge of Anthology products/solutions, strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, task planning skills, project management skills and communicating progress and findings to managers and above.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Enablement Managers in the creation and delivery of project/product onboarding plans that ensure timely delivery of training, tools, etc. to the Global Services and Support organization to include:
    • Collaboration with Enablement team to develop new strategies and best practices, as well as improve and refine existing onboarding, enablement and professional development programs.
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine training and onboarding materials, ensuring that timelines are met, and all deliverables meet or exceed the expectations of the intended audience
  • Proactively identifying and leading enablement initiatives that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and preparedness of the Global Services and Support organization
  • Working with Enablement Managers to drive assessment of the Global Services and Support team’s needs for training, tools, and communication through analysis, feedback, qualitative and quantitative surveys, etc.
  • Scheduling and coordinating logistics for new hire and onboarding activities (e.g., webinars, on-site training) to include:
    • Assisting in the preparation of onboarding materials including presentation, written documents, and tasks within Microsoft Planner
    • Assessing new hires’ progress and scheduling/coordinating follow-ups with new team members and their managers
  • Analyzing and escalating issues to Enablement team to mitigate potential disruptions to anticipated ramp-up period to new hire productivity
  • Maintaining Global Services and Support training calendar and team SharePoint sites
  • Maintaining email communication, organizational resources, distribution lists, and user access to various enablement tools
  • Proactively identifying and leading internal process improvements
  • Collaborating with Enablement team to develop new strategies and best practices as well as improving and refining existing onboarding and employee enablement programs
  • Effectively multitasking between initiatives and consistently producing quality deliverables with minimal QA from peers/supervisors

 

In the Sales Enablement Analyst role, it is expected that the individual:

  • Is a self-starter that manages time and activities with little day-to-day guidance or interaction from their manager
  • Prioritizes and manages many diverse projects
  • Defines and executes on new initiatives that will improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and preparedness of the Anthology Global Services and Support organization
  • Exhibits a positive attitude, represents Anthology to business partners and customers in the best possible fashion, and fosters interest in our offerings
  • Is flexible in adapting to changes within Anthology, and thinks from a big picture perspective when evaluating need for change
  • Contributes knowledge freely within Anthology and encourages team members to do the same
  • Develops a good understanding of Anthology team organizational structure and responsibilities

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
  • Associate's degree or the equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years professional experience including experience working in or with groups such as professional services, client services, and/or operations
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Demonstrable project successes with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage details and priorities in a collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and on-line meeting platforms

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Software industry and Services/Operations experience
