Commercial Operations Manager

Anthropic is seeking a Commercial Operations Program Manager to lead and scale commercial operations programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a rapidly scaling environment.

Skills

7+ years of experience in operations
Strong knowledge of billing systems and subscription management
Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Adaptability and comfort in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial operations function with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end billing operations including system management and compliance with financial regulations
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to automate processes and integrate billing across platforms
Analyze billing performance and metrics to drive data-informed decisions and provide strategic recommendations
Oversee privacy and regulatory operations functions to ensure compliance and risk management
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and GTM teams to support business growth and customer retention
