Creative Producer
Anthropic is seeking a Creative Producer with extensive experience in creative production and design operations to drive projects and shape the future of Design Operations.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in creative production and design operations
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools like Figma, Asana, Adobe
- Strong understanding of AI safety principles
Responsibilities
- Drive creative production from concept to completion with internal and external collaborators
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams on product launches and creative campaigns
- Define and track KPIs for Design Operations and creative initiatives
- Create scalable resources and processes for identity system
- Advocate for new tools and best practices in design and AI ethics
