Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity
Anthropic is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Developer Productivity team.

- Manage a team of engineers building developer productivity tools and infrastructure

- Set strategy for developer environments, source control, CI, test infrastructure, and release processes
- Hire and coach technical talent
- Drive adoption of AI tools for developers
