Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Anthropic is looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize the potential of AI systems. This role involves building strong relationships, driving growth, and shaping product development based on customer insights.

Skills

  • 8+ years in account management or customer-facing sales
  • Ability to present and position complex products persuasively
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic analysis skills
  • Passion for AI and responsible development

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Anthropic's products and methodology
  • Understand customers' business needs and guide them towards solutions using Anthropic's products
  • Manage the renewal process and identify expansion opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to the product organization
  • Build strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers
  • Forecast, report on, and mitigate retention and renewal risks
