Lead and manage the Strategic Finance teams and Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis functions

Build and maintain robust financial models for decision-making
Prepare and present financial analysis to executives and board members
Collaborate with functional leaders to align financial plans with operational objectives
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial systems, processes, and controls
Serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
