Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. The Head of Sales Strategy & Operations will be pivotal in driving the strategic and operational efficiency of the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic thought leadership for the sales organization
  • Build and lead a team of strategic business partners
  • Leverage advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Define key performance indicators and establish operating cadences
  • Develop and manage territory strategies across customer-facing roles

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
