Order Management Lead
Anthropic is seeking an experienced Order Management Lead to join their Revenue Accounting Team, focusing on the development and scaling of order management processes while collaborating across the organization.
Skills
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes for SaaS
- Experience with contracting systems and billing tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives
- Data-driven approach to business process development
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all aspects of order management and billing
- Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve Quote-to-Cash processes
- Contribute to monthly accounting close activities
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize billing systems
- Develop operational metrics to support decision-making
- Implement and maintain robust segregation of duties
- Support audit processes by preparing documentation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
