Product Manager, Trust and Safety
Anthropic is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Trust and Safety to lead the design and development of T&S models and infrastructure for advancing frontier AI models safely to users.
Skills
- Strong technical background in AI/ML and engineering
- Product and engineering strategy development
- Building metrics for risk evaluation and system performance
- Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the T&S strategy and roadmap aligning policy, enforcement, research, and engineering
- Lead the design and development of T&S models and infrastructure with safe-by-design principles
- Collaborate with AWS and GCP for safe deployment of models
- Develop metrics and reporting to inform T&S success and future planning
- Work and influence across research, product engineering, policy, GTM, and legal teams
