Senior Accounts Receivable and Collection Analyst
Anthropic is seeking a proactive Senior Accounts Receivable and Collection Analyst to optimize AR processes and ensure financial stability in a rapidly growing organization focused on AI systems.
Skills
- Knowledge of GAAP standards
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of AR functions and streamline payment applications.
- Develop metrics to track and report key performance indicators in AR.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to refine credit check processes.
- Evaluate AR system needs and oversee implementations.
- Manage month-end close procedures related to AR.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
