Software Engineer, Human Feedback Interface
Anthropic is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer for the Human Feedback Interface system, aiming to refine and improve AI models.
Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in React, HTML/CSS
- Experience with service-oriented architectures
- Strong coding skills
- Product-focused approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop front- and back-end infrastructure for novel interaction models in the Human Feedback system
- Implement tools to monitor and enhance system performance
- Collaborate with Security and Privacy experts to secure the infrastructure
- Mentor the engineering team supporting research
- Accelerate the deployment of experiments with researchers
Education
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
