Anthropologie Home Designer - Print, Pattern & Color

Role SummaryAnthropologie Home is looking for a Print, Pattern, and Color Designer, who will contribute to the creation of innovative, artistic, and market-relevant prints that align with our brand vision. You will be responsible for developing print designs from initial concept to final production-ready files. Your strong creative skills, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit will be essential in contributing to the success of our print program.Role Responsibilities• Creative Design:• Develop original print and pattern designs, from sketches and hand-painted concepts to digital illustrations.• Contribute to the implementation of seasonal print and pattern trends that align with the brand's aesthetic and commercial goals.• Ensure the consistent application of the brand's aesthetic across all print designs.• Assist in the creation of seasonal print trend boards and color palettes.• Collaborate closely with design teams and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of print designs with overall product development.• Technical Execution:• Create production-ready print files, including color separations, for various printing techniques (screen printing, digital printing, etc.).• Maintain a strong understanding of print production processes and techniques.• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software to create and refine print designs.• Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, including AI-powered design tools, and explore their application in print design.• Assist in analyzing sales data and consumer trends to inform print design direction.Role Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred.• 5+ years of experience in print design, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of print, pattern, and color.• Excellent creative vision and a keen eye for detail.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.• Strong understanding of color theory, pattern design, and print production techniques.• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
