Software Engineering Intern - Summer 2024

Position Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Software Engineering Intern at Antora Energy, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our team of engineers on a variety of projects. Your internship project(s) can be tailored to your specific interests and ability to work onsite. Your key responsibilities may include:

Work with engineers on developing tools and applications for software integration.
Help develop check tools and test tools between engineering deliverables coming from multiple application platforms.
Develop tools for testing and checking industrial control logix.
Develop tools for organizing, building, and deploying control logix software for projects.

Key Qualifications

Enrollment: Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an undergraduate or graduate program in Software, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Mission: Strong motivation to address climate change through the work we do at Antora.
Curiosity and Learning: A strong desire to learn new concepts and methodologies and work collaboratively with mentor(s) to achieve common goals.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, sensitivity, and ability to effectively interact with a broad and diverse range of colleagues.
Knowledge of Python, VBA, or other programming languages
Basic knowledge of industrial or energy applications of heat systems, fluid systems, and electrical systems.
