Job Description

Our Brisbane branch is seeking an Internal Sales person to perform a mixture of inbound and outbound sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Inbound sales – receiving phone calls and emails, processing orders and providing quotes.
  • Outbound sales – managing existing customer relationships with outbound phone calls, seeking to maintain & grow their sales. Also possibly some customer visiting as required, including ‘Kanban servicing’ - maintaining inventory of items Anzor supplies at the customer's site.
  • Following up on quotes and getting feedback.
  • Building positive relationships through a friendly & helpful approach.
  • Updating the CRM.
  • Assisting with trade counter service, warehouse duties, purchasing & admin, as required.

We’re after someone with:

  • Experience in internal or external sales or a B2B customer service role.
  • Fastenings/fittings knowledge would be a plus but isn't required as training will be provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good numeracy skills & attention to detail.
