Randstad Digital (RD) – Account Manager
Overview: Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is seeking an Account Manager for our Randstad Digital (RD) specialty. In this role, you will drive new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and service selling. We focus on building lasting relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure mutual success.Key Responsibilities:• Market Analysis & Strategy:Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to maximize growth potential within a key business segment.Strategically position RD as a leading talent partner to drive brand recognition through relationships.• Client Engagement & Consulting:Utilize industry knowledge and thought leadership to envision how technology can transform customer business and enhance customer experience.Serve as an expert business consultant in one of the following sectors: Banking/Financial Services/Insurance, Technology/Media/Telecom, Public Sector/Government/Defense, or Healthcare/Life Sciences.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, optimizing and amplifying existing relationships.• Business Development & Execution:• Leverage RD’s strengths to drive digital transformation in areas such as cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.• Collaborate with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with senior-level clients and internal/external partners to maximize account growth.• Lead the execution of new agreements to exceed revenue and margin expectations.Qualifications:• Experience:• 3 years of experience selling technical products or services.• Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.• Skills:• Ability to cultivate enduring relationships with integrity.• Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills.• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.• Negotiation skills and a history of outperformance.• Education:• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.• Technical Proficiency:• Proficiency with Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.Benefits:• Hybrid work environment.• Competitive base salary and bonus plan.• Wellness spending account and ergonomic reimbursement program.• 3 weeks (15 days) paid vacation in the first 12 months plus additional care days.• Opportunities for progression within a supportive and growing organization.• Collaborative and participative leadership style.• Randstad has been recognized as one of Canada's Best Workplaces for over 10 consecutive years and as one of the Best Workplaces for Women.Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Randstad Canada is dedicated to fostering a workforce that reflects the diversity of Canada.
