Customer Technical Support (f/m/d)

Join Apaleo as a Customer Technical Support Specialist to empower customers in making the most of their property management platform.

Skills

  • 3+ years of customer support experience, preferably in travel or tech industry with API-based products
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support with extensive work on APIs and log analysis
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (C1 level), additional German language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle level 2 escalation ticket inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems related to customer integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges and enhance the open platform vision.
  • Provide unparalleled support to customers within the Apaleo API ecosystem.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and maintain technical documentation.
  • Thrive on flexibility and willingly participate in on-call rotations.
