Duties/Responsibilities:
-Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AP data
-Review monthly Vendor Statements
-Process & Verify client Invoices per client PO or Sales Instruction
-Handle collection inquiries on past due accounts
-Filing, organizing, and maintaining records in a timely manner
-Procurement of office supplies
-Assist Controller and CEO with any AR/AP office related requests
-Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, calculators, and copiers.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Previous accounting/office experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
