The Role:
We are in search of a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between data and actionable insights, directly impacting our product, sales, customer relationships, leadership, and marketing strategies. This role demands a keen ability to analyze complex datasets, identifying trends and opportunities that promote optimization and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical expertise, hospital setting experience, and a nuanced understanding of the peri-operative space to drive informed decision-making processes. You will collaborate with multiple departments, leveraging data to formulate strategies that enhance our offerings and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do:
Analyze healthcare data, focusing on surgical and peri-operative processes, to identify patterns, trends, and efficiency opportunities.
Engage with stakeholders—both internal and external customers—to comprehend business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Conduct thorough market analysis to support strategic planning and competitive positioning within the healthcare sector.
Facilitate the development and implementation of business strategies by providing insightful, data-supported recommendations.
Optimize operational workflows and processes through rigorous analysis, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that data insights align with product enhancement objectives.
Present complex analysis in a clear and impactful manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
What You Bring:
A strong foundation in business analysis, preferably with experience in healthcare, hospital settings, or specifically in the peri-operative domain.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to manipulate data sets and draw meaningful insights. Proficiency with SQL is required, some python coding skills a plus.
Experience in working with healthcare data, including electronic health records (EHRs), patient data, and operational metrics.
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on identifying business opportunities and addressing potential challenges.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen interest in healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
